Incompetent Doctor
I took my baby there on the 2nd with symptoms of throwing up, diarrhea and cough. This man prescribed medication for cough and diarrhea. The child wasn't fine in the evening i called. The emergency number of which I was referred to another doctor as he doesn't see patients. I went to the state hospital and i was informed the child had a chest infection. The private practice doctor told me to continue giving the child medication with temperature of 38.9. At the hospital she was given an injection. I went back to the practice in the morning. This time the doctor prescribed antibiotics and told me to continue giving medication. I told him to check my daughters chest he refused. This practice claims from medical aid all the time but their service is terrible. I took my daughter to another doctor who did x rays and informed me it was bronchitis imagine. I was giving my child diarrhea medication and antibiotics these dont treat bronchitis at all. They only want money but never good service. They rarely sent patients to Windhoek for proper care and keep them to milk from the medical aid.
