Recently got a pocket wifi for my house in groot aub and I load it with Jiva packages for wifi Works great👍🏼the kids are studying well and enjoying streaming

I love the jiva packages, they have great data bundles and very budget friendly 😊
Numbers always out of coverage
I'm not sure what the issue is but every time I dial a TN number the network hardly goes through I'll have to try three times It's frustrating

March and April's network was really bad, May has been good ,hardly any buffer situations Keep up the good work🙌🏽
Why does our credit disappear?
There are times when I recharge and than check my balance and its on zero, data off and everything If I than call an agent at telecom they tell me I should switch my phone on and off, than my credit will be back, and it's still not but why should that be the case Fix these issues!

Telecom did great last week saturday by educating us about fibre in Wanaheda, we all want great internet connection

I have been using Telecom Namibia since last year but their network is very poor.Telecom Namibia need to improve their network then all shall be well ,the network is just fine sometimes night time but day time just suffering .at the village the data is not working even ones.they have good data but they’re network is giving people headaches serious. Improve needed ASAP

I am not happy with your poor service. I pay my monthly installments every month but I don't use their internet because the network is bad. Do better.

Bad Service
There is literally NO customer service at Telecom Namibia. I have been struggling for the past 3 days to sort out my account with Telecom and TN Mobile. I have contacted a call centre agent, a sales agent, the supervisor, the manager and still no one can provide me with clear feedback.

This network is terrible and this company is still in business because of the government. I wonder what ship the CEO is driving. After the hacking the man lied to us and he was not held accountable.

This company is not good, network is bad here in Swakopmund but we are still paying. They don't even give extra for us affected. It's not fair
Displeased customer
I use Telecom for my wifi and as a user of this service for over 5 years I am not pleased with the service from Telecom, the internet is slow, if you encounter a problem they don't answer thier phone and it takes even longer to send out an agent to come and look at your router.

Bad internet, will not suggest it even to my enemy. Telecom is lying to the people by saying they are providing internet services. Can't even load google page using them.

The Toll free number 11000 goes unanswered to top it off my data is not working so well these couple on days. Telecom, fix these issues!

Hierdie netwerk is sleg, ons ly al vir die laaste 2 weke in Khomasdal. Aan die einde van die maand wil hulle hul geld hê, maar waarvoor betaal ons? Teleccccccom.
Bad service
The way Telecom is selling sim cards is just not the one... How can you choose to sell 25 sim cards at each Teleshop in a day. While there is stock we cant purchase sim cards after the shop sell 25 sim card... Very bad😞😞😞
Horrible Network in the North
Using my TN Number in the north is very stressful when it comes to data, to a point where id rather buy MTC data which is even more ridiculously expensive. ALL this network providers need to do better
Bad Customer Service
Telecom Call Centre should train their Agents. I encountered one of the most entitled and rude agents, Auguste Itula. You can not have bad network and bad customer service at the same time. At least have one.

Jou diens is vreeslik. Ek het WiFi wat ek nie kan opgradeer nie. Wat is die sin om dit te hê? Verbeter jou dienste.
