I got a funeral policy with sanlam, the standard funeral cover I got a cover for N$20000 for a premium of N$ 96 namibian dollars Get your loved ones covered

I am not happy with your communication skills the reason being I am having difficulties in getting in touch with Sanlam representatives, with long wait times, unresponsive email and unfulfilled promises

The people there at the front desk do not care about customers. Is like we have to beg for service.
Prestige Policy Benefits
These so called benefits are not benefits. Number 1 my premium is going up by more than $100 per month and am told that I will get a $50 voucher after unspecified months. My cover doesn't increase. This is not right. I am Disappointed

Wrong information captured on policies , such as beneficiary details, resubmission of documents correct information still not captured on time do better, please improve your services!!!
Don't want to pay my money.
Sanlam has my policy and now i want to claim, they are telling me that the ID number for the person is not the same so they don't want to pay. Kama the agent put a wrong number. I am not happy and people here in Walvis Bay are very bad with customer service.
