About | National Housing Enterprise (NHE)

The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) is a government-owned entity in Namibia responsible for the development and provision of affordable housing. Its mission is to facilitate access to quality, affordable housing for Namibians, particularly low- and middle-income families. NHE engages in the construction, sale, and financing of residential properties, and also supports the development of infrastructure in urban and rural areas.
