Shocking!

Extremely disappointed with the service from FedEx Namibia. My package from China arrived in Namibia on May 7th, yet I had to contact their Windhoek office myself on May 8th just to find out what documents were needed. I submitted everything the same day, but since then, I've had to follow up constantly—emails, calls, and zero updates unless I push. I was told several times that the package was still with customs, with no further explanation or timeline. I even spoke with the branch manager, Ester, to express my frustration, especially since the package contains tools I need for my work—and the delay has cost me income. Even then, I received no follow-up or resolution. Totally unacceptable service from a company of this reputation. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling.
