Customer Service
Worst service I have seen in a hardware store in Ongwediva. The staff are sitting and pointing to each other when you ask who can help you, yet they just telling stories and laughing. It was only because it was a Saturday, and I could not get the stuff I wanted anywhere else otherwise I would have worked away. Not sure I will go back there if I have a choice, regardless of price.
