Bad experience
Checkers Klein Windhoek – Kitchen Service I would rate the service at the kitchen section 0/10. Imagine going there during your tea break and seeing several customers standing and waiting for assistance, while all five staff members are busy packing food. They can clearly see that customers need help, but instead of assisting them, they continue with their work. I had to stand there and call twice before someone finally came to assist me. This is very disappointing, especially for a well-known store like Checkers. Customers should not have to repeatedly call staff just to receive basic assistance. I hope management can look into this issue and improve the customer service at the kitchen section.
